SUMMER SLOW DOWN COCKTAIL

  • 50 ml Hennessy Very Special
  • 20 ml Sloe gin
  • 20 ml Fresh meyer lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 4 Dashes Peychaud bitters
  • 1 Lemon twist
  1. Add all liquids to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
