- 50 ml Hennessy Very Special
- 20 ml Sloe gin
- 20 ml Fresh meyer lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 4 Dashes Peychaud bitters
- 1 Lemon twist
- Add all liquids to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
